This website is a business-to-business catalog and inquiry site. It’s here to show our product range and capabilities, and to let trade buyers — crematoriums, funeral homes, distributors and retailers — request a quote. It is not a retail store: there is no checkout, and no purchase is completed on this website itself.

Photos, descriptions, dimensions and specifications on this site are provided to represent our products as accurately as we can, but they’re for guidance rather than a binding spec sheet. Exact dimensions, materials, finishes, packaging, lead times and pricing for a given order are confirmed at quote, per SKU, before production.

Submitting the Request a Quote form is an inquiry, not an order and not a binding offer by either side. A quotation we send you, and any purchase order or sales contract we both sign afterward, are what actually govern a sale — including price, minimum order quantity, payment terms, Incoterms, lead time and warranty. Nothing on this website overrides the terms of that separate agreement.

The text, layout and design of this website are owned by Aeternum or used under license, and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Product photography on this site is owned by Aeternum or used under license from its source, and some images are illustrative rather than the exact piece you would receive — final product appearance is confirmed at quote. Custom designs, tooling or artwork produced for a specific customer under a private-label agreement are governed by that agreement, not by this notice.

Please don’t use this site to submit false or fraudulent inquiries, attempt to access areas you’re not authorized to use, or interfere with the site’s normal operation.

This website and its content are provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site itself. This section doesn’t limit any warranty or liability terms we agree to separately in a quote, purchase order or sales contract.

For an actual order, the governing law and dispute-resolution process are the ones confirmed in your quote or sales contract, not this webpage. Absent that, these terms are intended to be interpreted under the law applicable to our place of business in China.

We may update these terms as our business or this website changes. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do.
