FAQ · For Trade Buyers

Questions, answered.

Plain answers on ordering, customization, materials, shipping, samples and terms — written for the buyers who specify and resell our work.

Ordering & MOQ
01 — 04

MOQ is 50 to 100 units per SKU, depending on material and finish. No order is too small — smaller wood and ceramic lines start at 50, while certain marble and metal pieces start at 100. We would rather begin a relationship at modest volume than turn it away.

50 – 100 MOQ / SKU

Yes. Mixed-SKU orders are welcome and common. Each SKU must meet its own per-SKU minimum, and we help you combine lines to fill a carton or container efficiently so freight stays economical.

Send a Request a Quote with the materials, finishes and quantities you have in mind. We return pricing and a lead time, produce a sample for your sign-off, and confirm the order against a purchase order and deposit. Nothing goes to bulk before you approve the sample.

Your specifications, artwork and tooling are kept on file. Confirmed reorders of an existing line skip the sampling step and move straight to scheduling.

Customization & Private Label
05 — 08

OEM means we build to your drawings and specifications. ODM means we develop a new design with our team from your brief, sketch or reference piece. Many partners blend the two — an existing shape with bespoke finish and engraving.

Laser and hand engraving of names, dates, motifs, marks and logos. Depth and placement are tuned per material, and per-unit personalisation is supported at volume. Every layout is proofed before a run begins.

Yes — from neutral, unbranded supply through to fully bespoke retail presentation: branded boxes, inserts, care cards and barcoding. We can ship plain for you to brand, or finished to shelf.

Stock designs with your label typically ship in 15 to 25 days. Custom and ODM work runs 30 to 45 days after sample sign-off, depending on tooling and material.

Five families: solid wood (walnut, oak, cherry) in a satin grain; hand-glazed ceramic in matte finishes; solid and cultured marble, honed not glossy; cast and spun metal and brass in brushed, patina and powder finishes; and plant-fibre biodegradable urns. We are material-neutral — the choice is the buyer’s.

Each piece is sealed and finished for long indoor display. Care is simple: wipe with a dry, soft cloth and avoid prolonged moisture or direct sunlight. Care guidance can be printed on your inserts.

We don't lead with certification badges. What we can walk you through in detail is how we actually work — materials sourcing, inspection at every stage, and export packaging built to survive freight. Ask us anything about process or materials.

In-house QC runs from incoming material through in-process checks to final inspection, followed by pre-shipment sampling to an agreed AQL — the same checkpoints on every order.

Samples

Yes. We provide stock reference samples to assess our finish and build, and custom pre-production samples ahead of a bespoke run so you can sign off shape, finish and engraving.

Stock samples are charged at unit cost plus freight, and that cost is typically credited against your first bulk order. Custom samples are quoted to cover tooling and setup, and are likewise credited where the project proceeds.

Samples ship within 3 to 7 days for standard catalog items. Custom or private-label designs that need new tooling follow the sampling timeline on our Capabilities and Custom & Private Label pages instead (typically 7–12 days).

A standard structure is a 30% deposit to confirm the order with the balance of 70% due before shipment. Larger programme orders can be scheduled across milestones by agreement.
