The only information that reaches us from this site is what you choose to submit through our Request a Quote / contact form (including the quote-list request form): your name, company, email, phone number, and the details of your inquiry (materials, quantities, customization needs, etc.). We don’t require an account to browse or request a quote, and we don’t operate checkout or payment processing on this website — orders and payment terms are confirmed separately, per quote.

If you use the “quote list” feature to shortlist products, that list (product names and your selections) is saved only in your own browser’s local storage, so it’s still there next time you visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us unless and until you submit it through the quote request form.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind. (Your browser’s local storage, used only for the quote-list feature described above, is not a cookie and isn’t used to track you across sites.) If that changes in the future, we will update this policy first and, where required by law, ask for your consent.

We use the details you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you become a customer — to manage that business relationship. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of third-party service providers to run this website and respond to inquiries — for example, Resend, to deliver contact-form emails to our sales team, and standard web-hosting infrastructure to serve this site. These providers process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service to us.

We’re based in Zhejiang, China, and work with trade buyers worldwide. If you contact us from outside China, the information in your inquiry will be transferred to and processed in China. By submitting a form on this site, you consent to that transfer.

We keep inquiry and quote records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, support an ongoing business relationship, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations — then we delete or anonymize them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing peter@aeternummemorials.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as our business or this website changes. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do.
